AA Website Policy for Regina

Precautions taken to ensure all traditions and individual anonymities are kept:

1. We do not publish any full names, personal phone numbers or email addresses with full last names or recognizable corporate names.

2. We do not link to any outside site other than Alcoholics Anonymous as it may imply endorsement.

3. We do not reprint excerpts from AA publications without a proper credit line. We only publish public information materials on our  local, main AA websites.

Website Committee Recommendations:

1. Site should be updated monthly.
2. Webservant will have adequate computer knowledge and virus protection and hold AA Regina harmless as to any damages from virus or other related incidents.
3. Updated backup copies of websites and any contracts, usernames and passwords are to be held at the office.
4. That our website remain free of outside ad banners, outside logos and pop-ups.
5. That the purpose of our website remain informational and not be used as a 'sponsor by email' purpose.
