HELP! VOLUNTEERS NEEDED… for Corrections - to attend a meeting every other week at Regina Correctional Center. Meetings are at 7:00 pm on Tuesday or Wednesday. Usual attendance is between 15 and 20, and meetings are greatly appreciated by those in attendance. Please contact Central Office for clearance to attend these meetings. At the their June 5th, 2006 monthly meeting, Intergroup gave approval for the monthly meeting minutes from the Regina AA Intergroup Office and from Intergroup to be posted on the web server so that they can be accessed by any Regina AA and District member. If you would like to read the minutes from these meetings please contact the Regina AA Office for the web address of these minutes. Also, Intergroup reps are encouraged to contact the Regina AA Office as to whether they would like to continue receiving a hard copy of the minutes or to get them from the web server directly.

This recovery community is able to provide effective support and Alcoholics Anonymous 12 step recovery to those who wish to recover from the disease of alcoholism.

Intergroup is planning to revise the Intergroup guidelines. These guidelines were established in the 1970's and have not been amended since. A committee will be set up to study and proposed any changes if necessary. Click here to download the guidelines and please review them. If you have any proposals, please take them to your group and have your group representative bring them to the regular Intergroup meeting.
Intergroup Elections were held at its regular meeting on Wednesday November 1, 2006 upstairs in the Auditorium of St. Paul's United Church, 1859 McIntyre St., Regina, SK. Some positions were filled. These positions and the ones that are vacant are posted on the Intergroup pages. Keep checking back for updates. Remember the "Responsibility Declaration" that members of Alcoholics Anonymous strongly uphold.
